Akrolordag & CapoeiraCTMV holds several lessons for the Afterschool Program at Oslo International School. We love working at OiS and have held lessons there for over 10 years. Miss Popcorn and Mr. Chiuaua are familiar faces to several students at OiS and we are grateful for each student (and family).

Our Lessons

The acrobatics lessons below are a part of the AfterSchool Program and will start at 1515. These follow the school calender and go for 10-11 weeks. In addition to these lessons, we also hold evening classes in Capoeira for kids, teens and adults. These also have Norwegian students, but are held at OiS on Wednesdays at 18-19 and 19-2030. Join Us for Acro-Saturdays (Akrolørdager)! 

Almost every Saturday, we offer a drop-in acrobatics experience with three exciting sessions to choose from! Find all the details on our website.

09:00-10:00 - Akrolek:
A playful session focused on exploration for children ages 1-3, along with their parents. Siblings are welcome, and we keep the environment flexible and fun!

10:15-11:15 - Miniakro:
For kids aged 3-5 who are ready for a bit more challenge. While there's still room for play, we introduce an obstacle course and some specific movements.

11:30-12:30 - Akrobatikk:
A more structured lesson where students from Year 1 and up can learn acrobatics skills. We adjust each session based on the age and level of the participants, often dividing the group to focus on different skills. Our goal is for every child to have fun and learn something new!
